何经华：在CRM领域率Siebel和微软一争高下

昔日用友软件CEO，因500万年薪而成就“打工皇帝”美誉，何经华在与用友软件两年半的前缘散尽之后，经过一段时间的沉寂，如今已经成为希柏系统(Siebel System)软件大中华区兼东亚区总裁。
昨天，这位昔日的“打工皇帝”接受了记者的电话采访。
当记者问到现在的年薪时，他说:“这怎么能说呢”，接着发出一连串的笑声。而对于业界传言:希柏系统软件有20亿美元现金待投中国的CRM(客户资源管理)市场，何表示“哪有那么多啊，我们会加大对中国的投入，但我们还是不谈投资多少了，不过我们可以谈谈希柏下一步的方向”。
何表示，希柏是全球软件十巨头之一，它是CRM(客户资源管理)软件的发明厂商。过去只限于和国际大伙伴合作，今后中国将成为希柏全球最重要的战略市场。金融、电信、制造业将是希柏今后的重中之重。他将带领希柏在这几个领域中和甲骨文、微软、SAP等竞争对手一争高下。
他还透露，本月底或下月初，他们还将在上海推出他们在金融和电信领域的样板用户，以此带领希柏封疆裂土成为一方诸侯。
何经华1956年5月出生。1979年获得台湾大学政治学学士学位，1997年-2000年任Oracle台湾总经理，2000年-2002年3月任宏道公司亚太及日本区总裁，2002年4月2004年底担任用友总裁。

Vector Capital, a private equity firm, is buying Redwood City's once high-flying software company BroadVision Inc. for $29 million.
BroadVision (NASDAQ:BVSN) said Tuesday that Vector will pay its stockholders 84 cents per share. It also said San Francisco-based Vector will spend an extra $16 million to buy back debt BroadVision took on in November 2004, when it sold convertible notes to cover long-term real estate debts from the dot-com bubble that it couldn't pay.
The company missed its revenue targets for the last three quarters. Its loss for the most recent quarter was $2.9 million, compared with a loss of $1.5 million a year ago in the same period. Revenue fell, too, to $15.5 million from $20.1 million last year.
BroadVision, founded in 1993, recently fired about 88 of its 400 workers to save more money.
According to news reports, Vector plans to inject at least $50 million into BroadVision to save it.
